WHAT IS OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU

We believe it is incredibly important that your bridle fits perfectly. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to determine the exact size your horse needs for each part of the bridle. If one or more parts are too small or too large, you can, of course, exchange them for the correct size. All we ask is that you email us at support@theequemist.com so we can ensure the desired parts are in stock and reserve them for you.

If you wish to return your purchase, you have 30 days from the time you collected your package. For a return, it is important that the bridle is unused and that you send it back in the same condition in which you received it.
