WHAT IS OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU
We believe it is incredibly important that your bridle fits perfectly. Sometimes it can be difficult to know exactly what size your horse needs for each part of the bridle, and we fully understand that. If one or more parts are too small or too large, you can, of course, exchange them for the correct size. All we ask is that you email us at support@theequemist.com so we can ensure the desired parts are in stock and reserve them for you.
If you wish to return your purchase, you have 15 days from the date you picked up your package. For a return, it is important that the bridle is unused and that you return it in the same condition as you received it.
For orders within Sweden over 2000 SEK, ONE free exchange is included per order. For orders under 2000 SEK, as well as for additional exchanges, a fee of 59 SEK per exchange applies. For returns, a return shipping fee of 150 SEK will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund.
For orders to Norway and the UK, both exchanges and returns are handled and paid for by the customer.
Within Europe, an exchange costs 8€, while returns are charged at 35€, which will be deducted from the refund.
For orders to the USA and the rest of the world, both returns and exchanges are handled and paid for by the customer.
