⚠️ Never Bend Your Browband Backwards! ⚠️


The browband must never be bent backwards or forced into a reverse curve when fitting it to your bridle. Bending the browband backwards can permanently damage the leather core and cause the crystal chain to break. This type of damage results from improper handling and cannot be repaired.

CORRECT FITTING

• Open the browband loop and carefully slide the headpiece through the tunnel.
  
• Close the loop carefully without bending the browband backwards.
  
• Allow the browband to maintain its natural curve throughout the fitting process.
  
• Tip: Hold the bridle securely under your chin or against a table so you can use both hands during fitting.
  
• Never twist, fold, bend the browband backwards or use force when fitting it.

WARRANTY

Every browband is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped. Damage caused by bending the browband backwards, twisting, excessive bending or any other improper handling is considered misuse and is not covered by the warranty or eligible for a warranty claim.
