We aim to ensure all our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible and are committed to providing fast delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery address. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe during checkout. Our products are true to size, but you can also check the size guide available under each product. Additionally, you can visit our How to Measure guide to learn how to measure your horse and determine the correct size to order.

Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK, otherwise 59 SEK

Norway & UK: Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK, otherwise 79 SEK

Europe: Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK, otherwise 79 SEK

USA: Shipping 25 USD

Rest of the world: Shipping 25 USD

If you would like to exchange a product for another, please contact our customer service at support@theequemist.com, and we will assist you further. You can also find more information about the return process here.

When returning a product, it's important that we receive it in its original, unused condition. Please ensure the item is well-packed and returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Use the original protective packaging, such as dust bags or similar, to return your product as you received it.

For returns, the original shipping cost is not refunded. A return fee will be deducted from the refund and amounts to 150 SEK within Sweden and 35 € within Europe.

For orders to Norway and the UK, we do not provide return services, meaning the return must be arranged and paid for by the customer. The same applies to the USA and the rest of the world.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

We aim to process your refund as soon as possible after we have received and inspected your items. You can expect your return to be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the items. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
