TANZANITE
Our Big Crystal browband features 8 mm crystals in the color Tanzanite. The stones catch the light and create a stunning shimmer. The extra deep U-shape elegantly highlights the horse’s head, making the browband a perfect choice for both training and competition.
The browband is designed to be used with our bridles, which feature a unique and innovative fastening system. Thanks to a practical loop on the bridle, the browband can be easily threaded into place, ensuring it stays secure. As a stylish detail, a discreet black pin with our logo adorns the left side of the browband.
The browband is 40 cm long. The measurement refers to the length when the browband is measured straight across, from buckle to buckle.
Our leather comes from the Italian tannery Lloyd, a supplier to some of the world’s most exclusive fashion brands. Our leather is naturally tanned using only vegetable tanning methods. Read more about our leather here.
We recommend keeping your leather clean after each use by wiping away any dirt or sweat with a damp cloth (water only). It is very important to handle browbands with crystals, clinchers, or pearls carefully, as these elements are delicate. Leather soap and leather balm or other products should NOT be used on the crystals, as cleaning agents can damage them.
Pearls, crystals, clinchers, and other decorations on our browbands are fragile and must be handled with care.
THOUGHTFUL DESIGN
Thanks to the TMJ cushion on the headpiece, the attachment loop of the browband never touches the horse’s coat and therefore can never cause hair pinching, as can happen with other browbands when the loop rests against the coat. Hair pinching is extremely uncomfortable and distracting for the horse.
Our browband design curves slightly above the orbital bone and then dips deeply over the forehead. We have intentionally designed the U-shape to be narrower, so it only dips deeply in the middle of the forehead and not across the entire head of the horse. A wider U-shape browband rests on the orbital bone and bothers the horse.
Our crystals are both glued and stitched twice for extra durability. However, you should always handle your crystals with care and never let the forelock get caught in the crystal “claws” or allow the horse to scratch itself while wearing the bridle.
